In the spirit of eliminating waste and reusing vessels , we are making it affordable to ship and refill your vessels. You will need to cover the cost of shipping your vessel to us, but we will cover the cost on the return trip.
Packing tips: wrap the vessel well and make sure it doesn't touch the sides of the box, fill the empty vessel with packing material, and if shipping more than one vessel, make sure they have some packing material in between and aren't touching. Poor packing is the number one reason your empty vessel won't make it in the shipping process.
Please send only a spent candle vessel, we can't guarantee safety on other vessels. We test all of our upcycled vessels but don't have the luxury of doing so with your vessels.
You'll need to know the fluid ounce size of your candle, and if not listed on the label, you can find it by filling with water for a close estimate. This will help you choose the correct size pricing option.
Don't worry about cleaning out the old wax, we'll do that for you.
We will refill and ship back with your scent of choice.
If you want to try a new scent, you can always order our Sample Pack of tealights first and choose your favorites for the refill.
